If policies are missing from the policy page, the most common reason is that the associated monitor has been deactivated.

To get the policies showing back on the policies page, follow the steps below.

Resolution

1. Go to the Monitors page
2. Select the All deactivated section
   
3. Find test of missing policy 
   
   
4. Click Reactivate monitoring 
   
5. Once reactivated, the policy will now be visible on the policies page again.
