If policies are missing from the policy page, the most likely reason is that the associated policy has been deactivated. To get the policies showing back on the policies page, follow the steps below.

Resolution

1. Go to the Monitors page
2. Select the All deactivated section
   
3. Find test of missing policy 
4. Click Reactivate monitoring 
   
5. Once reactivates, the policy will show on the policies page once again
