When an employee is offboarded and returns to Vanta later on, the employee may show up failing the tests, "accounts de-provisioned when employees leave" for different services.
This is due to the re-onboarded employee's accounts being connected to their previous employee profile:
- Go to the Access page
- Select service from the dropdown
- Search for an employee in the search bar
- Click Reassign
- Select active employee profile from the dropdown
- Once reassigned to an active profile, the employee should no longer show on tests for de-provisioned accounts.
