Error: Getting “accounts deprovisioned when employees leave” for Re-Onboarded Active Employee

Environment Details

When an employee is offboarded, and returns to Vanta later on, the employee may show up failing the tests "accounts deprovisioned when employees leave" for different services. 

This is due to the re-onboarded employee's accounts are connected to their previous employee profile:

Resolution

  1. Go to the Access page
  2. Select service from the dropdown 
  3. Search for employee in the search bar
  4. Click Reassign
  5. Select active employee profile from the dropdown 

Once reassigned to an active profile, the employee should no longer show on tests for deprovisioned accounts.
