When using Kandji, Vanta will look at the device's Applications list for an antivirus solution. Shown below is how to properly configure this for Vanta to pick up.
- Vanta will recognize if one of our supported antivirus solutions is installed on the machine and available in the device's Applications list
Things to Note
- Kandji currently does not expose XProtect as a detected application. Due to this, Vanta is unable to pick up XProtect on devices using Kandji. You may be able to use Kandji and provide manual evidence that XProtect is enabled on each device. Checking with your auditor regarding manual evidence is recommended, as requirements may vary.
