Vanta Not Detecting Deactivated HubSpot Users

Vanta will not detect users who have only been deactivated from HubSpot. Due to API limitations, Vanta will show users as active, if an account exists in Hubspot, no matter the status. Once deleted in HubSpot, Vanta will show the account as deprovisioned.
