Tests and documents will be added or removed depending on customer actions, such as GitHub Dependabot being added to Vanta, which added several tests on monitoring and tracking vulnerabilities (an example). 
 
If customers remove an integration, those tests associated with the integration will be removed as well. This also goes for activating or deactivating tests or documents. 
 
We are also in the process of updating some tests, which will add a second test. We add these tests to give a heads-up in case the updated test has items that need to be remediated. It allows customers to fix it before it becomes formally rolled out.
