The Contact Person is at the bottom of each User's onboarding page. This person can help users with issues or questions about their assigned onboarding tasks.
Prerequisites
- The new Contact Person will need to be a Vanta Admin
Procedure
- Select the Group you would like to change the contact person of
- Select Edit group at the top right-hand corner
- Click on the point of contact and change it to the new assignee
- Select Save
