After integrating Google Drive, if you are still unable to sync over documents, or seeing a "No results found" message, please verify the following:
- Google Drive is connected, and no errors are showing on the Integrations page
- Verify that there is a shared Google Drive and that the Vanta user who set up the Google Drive connection in Vanta is shared on the drive:
- Verify that the policy you are trying to sync is in Google Doc or .pdf format.
