Adding Custom Notes to Policies 

• From the left-hand navigation panel, select Policies 

• Open the policy you would like to add a custom note to
• Add a note to provide additional context to Vanta users 

• Select Save note
• If multiple people are adding notes, adding the date and the name of the user writing the note can be helpful.
