Error: “You cannot authorize Vanta” when integrating Zoom

Environment Details

Zoom "Owners" may encounter a "You cannot authorize Vanta" error when integrating Zoom.

Resolution 

  1. Ensure you have "Owner" permissions. If you need to change permissions, follow the steps to do so below
     
     
  2. Ensure you're signed in as "Owner" and not "Member"
     
  3. Check if you're missing permissions for marketplace apps:

  4. Navigate to the marketplace directly and ensure you're able to add the Vanta app:
