Resolution
- Ensure you're signed in as Owner and not Member
- Check if you're missing permissions for marketplace apps: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4413265586189-Allowing-Apps-access-to-shared-access-permissions
- Navigate to the marketplace directly and ensure you're able to add the Vanta app:
