Frequently Asked Question: Why do I need to upload a CSV for an Integrated Service in Access Reviews?

The access review tool in will automatically pull in user account and roles from integrated services. For non-integrated services or integrated services that Vanta does not pull in account/role information for, a CSV can be uploaded and reviewed. 

All accounts that Vanta pulls in user account/role information for, can be found on the https://app.vanta.com/access 

If a vendor that required a CSV is added to the access review, a yellow ! icon will appear, and the button to upload a file:
