How to manually link a background check

Background checks can be uploaded to a cloud drive (such a Google Drive or Dropbox) and can be manually linked to an employee's background check.




  • Background check needs to be uploaded to a cloud drive service that can provide a viewable link to the file 




  1. Upload the background check to a cloud drive, and copy link from the cloud drive 
  2. Go to People
  3. Click on the desired user's profile 
  4. Under Onboarding click the link next to background check:
  5. Paste custom background check URL and choose completion date
