Environment Details

When reviewing your vendor's page, you may find that some vendors are listed as "completed" with grey text, versus "up to date" with green text.

Cause

• Certain vendors do not require annual security reviews and so they will appear as "Completed" in grey text.
• Vendors that require annual security reviews will appear as up to date in green text when their reviews are up to date.

Resolution

• No further action is needed, as long as the vendor says "Completed" or "Up to Date" then the vendor is in a good state.
