Creating a Trustpage FAQ Item

On July 31, 2024 we will be sunsetting Trustpage functionality, and utilizing Vanta's Trust Centers and Questionnaire automation. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have questions

The FAQ section of your Trust Center allows you to reach your customers fast and inform them by posting answers to commonly asked questions related to security.

  • To create an FAQ item click Add FAQ and this will open up the edit panel.
  • Add the FAQ by entering in the Question and Answer.
  • Set the visibility to either Public or Private.
  • Select a category for the FAQ to be added to your page.
  • When you're finished click Save to publish the FAQ item.
