How you share your resources can be just as important as what resources you share. Here is a guide to ensuring you understand Resource visibility options.
Resource visibility options include:
- Public - The resource is publicly available via your Trust Center.
- Requestable - The resource's name is publicly displayed on your Trust Center. For visitors to view the resource, an Admin or Collaborator must review and then approve or deny that user access.
- Shareable - The resource is not publicly displayed on your Trust Center but allows Admins and Collaborators to share them with individual users.
- Private - The resource is not publicly displayed or intended to be shared externally.
Shareable Resources allows Admins and Collaborators to securely host resources on your Trust Center and share them with select individuals. You can upload any files to your Trust Center under 30 MB with the following formats: csv, xls, xlsx, doc, docx, pdf, txt, zip.
Shareable Resources
Shareable Resources allows Admins and Collaborators to securely host resources on your Trust Center and share them with select individuals. Granting access to resources directly from your Trust Center allows you to maintain a single source of truth and keep your resources out of email inboxes, making them less likely to fall into the wrong hands.

Requestable Resources
Requestable Resources enables you to review, approve or deny requests for resources that you don't want publicly accessible but can be shared with select individuals. A great example is a SOC2 report. Resources can be made requestable by Trust Center administrators. To make a resource requestable, log into your Trust Center and go to the Resources tab.
