Resources within Reviews

  • Updated

Within a Review, you can share your requestable, shareable, and public resources, but you may also want to share specific documentation within your review, such as a questionnaire. You can do so after you’ve accepted a Review Request or invited a customer or vendor to a new Review. Please see this article if you need to bypass an NDA for a resource shared in a review.

How to add or remove Trust Center resources within a review

  • Click on the Reviews section of your Trust Center
  • Open a Review that is Pending, Active, or Open that you would like to add Trust Center Resources to
  • Click Manage Access
  • Select the boxes of any resources you would like to add to the review or unselect to remove

How to share additional documents within a review

  • Click on the Reviews section of your Trust Center
  • Open a Review that is Pending, Active, or Open that you would like to add specific documentation to by clicking Continue Review or Access Review
  • Click + Upload Files in the Review Documents & Questionnaires section
  • Select documents from your local storage
  • If you want this to be shared with all participants rather than only team members, you must change the visibility from Private to Shared.
    • Private resources can be used to continue internal collaboration or approvals in the case of questionnaires. This is the default setting.
    • You will likely use a Shared resource for a complete final version you can share with customers.
  • Optional: Rename the resource by clicking Rename to the right of the document name

Archive a Resource within a Review

Resources uploaded to a Review may be archived by the user who uploaded it. Admins may archive resources shared during a Review by Collaborators and other Admins.

  • Log into your Trust Center
  • Go to the Reviews section
  • Open a Review that is Pending, Active or Open
  • Locate a Shared Resource
  • Click Archive
