How do I get suggested answers into the Trustpage Extension?

The Trustpage Extension gathers content in several ways to suggest answers to questionnaires.

  • Upload trust-related resources into your Resource section.
    • This will likely generate several suggestions in your Overview. Approve or deny these suggestions to let us know which content is accurate.
  • Add to your Overview.
  • Upload your completed questionnaires to the Answer Library.

Can I use the Trustpage Extension without a Trust Center?

  • No. In order for the Trustpage Extension to create suggested answers, you must have a Trust Center with significant Trust Content.
  • Once you claim your Trust Center, uploading trust-related resources, approving suggestions, and filling out your Overview is the best way to generate content for the Trustpage Extension to use.
