When integrating Rippling, the following error message is received:

Vanta failed to access Rippling. Received 400 Bad Request when trying to access https://api.rippling.com/platform/api/reports/report_data. Please reach out to Rippling Support to learn more.

The endpoint referenced in the error message may differ depending on your specific situation.

Cause

You've selected services when connecting Rippling in Vanta that you don't have access to in Rippling.

Resolution

1. Select "Reconnect" at the top of the integrations page. (If you've disconnected Rippling completely, you'll need to find Rippling on the available tab and select "connect"):

2. Ensure that you only select services that you have enabled in Rippling:

3. Click "Next" to reconnect.
