Trustpage: Account Settings

On July 31, 2024 we will be sunsetting Trustpage functionality, and utilizing Vanta's Trust Centers and Questionnaire automation. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have questions

Updating your Account Information 

Change your profile image

  • On the Profile page, click the Change Photo button
  • Choose the image you want to upload
  • The new image will take effect once uploaded

Change your name

  • On the Profile page, enter your new name
  • Click save

Change your email

 Email can only be changed for accounts that are not using Google to log in.
  • On the Profile page, enter the new email
  • Click save
  • You can now log in using the new email

Change your password

 Password can only be changed for accounts that are not using Google to log in.
  • On the Profile page, click Change Password
  • You will receive a password reset link via email
  • Click the link and follow the instructions to change your password.

Delete your account

In some cases, you might want to delete your account. It is important to note the process of deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.

  • On the Profile page, click Delete Account
  • This will open your mail client. Use this to send us an email confirming your account removal.
  • Trustpage will process your request and delete your account.

 

Manage billing and payments

Billing Basics

  • You can update your subscription on the Billing page from the Manage dropdown. You can also change your subscription plan and update your credit card and billing email address. Once there, click the "Manage your plan" button to change your settings. This will take you to Stripe's Customer Billing portal. Trustpage uses Stripe to process payments

Invoices

  • Upon successful payment based on your billing cycle, invoices will be sent to your billing email address. Past invoices can be retrieved by navigating to the Billing page and clicking on the "Manage your plan" button. The invoices will be found under Billing History.

 

Updating your Credit Card

  • Billing information can be updated by navigating the Billing page and clicking the "Manage your plan" button. You can add and remove credit cards below the Payment Method section.

 

Updating Billing Info

  • Billing information can be updated by navigating the Billing page and clicking the "Manage your plan" button. You update your billing information below the Billing Information section.
