Add Employee Offboarding Tasks

When offboarding a user, Vanta will automatically add all integrated vendors (monitored accounts), and ALL non-integrated vendors (unmonitored accounts) to the offboarding checklist for employees. The list of non-integrated vendors can be edited by checklist for groups and removed from the offboarding process. 

 

Procedure

  • Go to PersonnelPeople > Checklists 
  • Select desired checklist 
  • Go to Offboarding tasks
  • Click +Add Custom Task 
  • Add details of the Custom task and click Create
  • Once the task is created, the section can be toggled on, select the task, and add a start date for the task
  • Click Save checklist
