When offboarding personnel, Vanta will automatically add all integrated vendors (monitored accounts) and ALL non-integrated vendors (unmonitored accounts) to the offboarding checklist for employees. A checklist for groups can edit the list of non-integrated vendors and remove them from the offboarding process.
- Go to Personnel, followed by People, and select Checklists
- Select the desired checklist
- Go to Offboarding tasks
- Select +Add Custom Task
- Add details of the Custom task, and click Create
- Once the task is created, the section can be toggled on, and the task can be selected and added to the start date.
- Click Save checklist
