How to add Employee Offboarding Tasks

When offboarding a user, Vanta will automatically add all integrated vendors (monitored accounts), and ALL non-integrated vendors (unmonitored accounts) to the offboarding checklist for employees.

The list of non-integrated vendors can be edited by checklist for groups, and removed from the offboarding process. 

 

Procedure

  1. Go to People
  2. Go to Checklists 
  3. Select desired checklist 
  4. Go to Offboarding tasks
  5. Click +Add Custom Task

  6. Add details of Custom task and click Create:

  7. Once task is created, the section can be toggled on, select the task and add a start date for the task

  8. Click Save checklist
