Once you’ve installed the Trustpage Extension, you can use it immediately!

Using the Trustpage Extension

• Navigate to where your questionnaire needs to be filled out or open the questionnaire in a web-based editor like Google Docs/Sheets or Office 365.
• Click on the Trustpage Extension icon to the right of your browser’s address bar, then log in to your Trust Center or Questionnaire Automation account.
• Highlight a question on the page.
• Copy the correct answer to the question and paste it into the designated answer space. The Trustpage Extension suggests answers based on the following:
  • The content in your Trust Center or Questionnaire Automation account.
  • Answers you have previously selected or written for that particular question.
• Additionally, new answers can be generated using AI. More information on AI-generated answers is provided below.
• Repeat this process until you have answered all the questions in the questionnaire.

How do I filter by tag?

When searching using the Extension, you can filter the results in the Answer Library by tags. To do this, follow the instructions below: 

• Navigate to where you need to fill out a questionnaire or open the questionnaire in a web-based editor like Google Docs/Sheets or Office 365.
• Click on the Trustpage Extension icon to the right of your browser’s address bar and log in to your Trust Center or Questionnaire Automation account.
• Highlight a question on the page.
• Select Answer Library.
• Click the filter option next to Filter by Tag.
• Select the tags you want to filter by selecting the checkboxes on the left-hand side.

AI-Generated Answers (Beta)

Optionally, you can leverage the power of AI to generate answers to new questions. These AI-generated answers are generated based on the content in your Answer Library and Resources.

How do I get AI-generated answers? 

• Accept the opt-in agreement for AI-generated answers. 
• After opting in, AI answers will automatically generate as you continue highlighting new questions.
  NOTE: An answer may not be generated if there is insufficient context from your Answer Library or Resources.

How does the AI work?

• AI answers are produced by taking the most relevant information from your Answer Library items and Resource content and creating a new answer that incorporates this context into a concise answer tailored to the specific question.  

Can I edit the generated answers?

• Yes! You can edit the AI-generated answer text by clicking Edit on the AI-generated answer box. After editing, you can save the answer to your Answer Library. 

Are AI-generated answers automatically saved to my Answer Library?

No, AI-generated answers are not automatically saved to your Answer Library. Click Save to Answer Library on the AI-generated answer text box to save AI-generated answers.

How can I provide feedback on the generated answers?

• You can provide feedback about AI-generated answers by clicking the thumbs-up (indicating a “good” answer) or thumbs-down (meaning a “bad” answer) icons in the upper-right-hand corner of the AI-generated answer box. 

How can I see what content is being used to generate the answer?

• To see the content contextualizing the AI-generated answer, click the References dropdown menu in the AI-generated box. Additionally, you can deselect references and click Regenerate Answer to refine the context used to generate the answer.
