Connecting Trustpage & Saleforce

If this integration does not locate an existing contact record to associate a notification with, the integration will create a new Contact record in Salesforce.

Set up the Integration

  • Log in as an Admin of your Trust Center
  • Click on the Manage drop down at the top of your Trust Center
  • From the menu that appears, click on Integrations
  • On the Integrations page, click Enable to the right of Salesforce
  • In the pop-up that appears, click on Connect to connect on the Integration
    • When you connect the integration, you'll be prompted to authorize the integration into your Salesforce instance
  • Once connected, activate available workflows by clicking the Configuration tab
    • If you are looking to set up a NDA bypass you will want to toggle on the bottom option, NDA Status Sync
      • For this workflow to function, you will need to select "Account" for the Object with field to sync dropdown
      • It works best to select a Salesforce checkbox field for Map NDA status sync to this field
      • Any text in a dropdown selection or textfield will be considered as true regardless of the text context
