View Previous Support Tickets

Sometimes it is helpful to view past tickets that were submitted to the Vanta Support team. Previous tickets are a great resource to help troubleshoot similar issues that have been resolved or just to review helpful responses provided by the Support team. 

 

Viewing Past Ticket Submissions

  • If you're not already logged in to Vanta, login to your Vanta account
  • Click on the purple question mark in the lower right-hand corner

 

  • Select the Browse Help Center resource option under Additional Resources
  • This will log you into the Vanta Help Center

 

  • Once logged in, click on your Profile in the top right corner to view the dropdown menu
  • Select the Requests option to view all historical Support tickets
