Sometimes, it is helpful to view past tickets submitted to the Vanta Support team. Previous tickets are a great resource for troubleshooting similar issues that have been resolved or reviewing helpful responses provided by the Support team.
Viewing Past Ticket Submissions
- If you're not already logged in to Vanta, login to your Vanta account
- Click on the question mark in the top right-hand corner
- This will log you into the Vanta Help Center
- Once logged in, click on your Profile in the top right corner to view the dropdown menu
- Select the Requests option to view all historical Support tickets
