When a customer has added you or your Firm to an Audit, they will be able to add your Firm and one auditor to their Audit Engagement, as mentioned in this help article.
When there are multiple Auditors needing to be involved in an engagement, it will be up to the first auditor added to help add all other relevant auditors to their engagement.
Adding Additional Auditors to Your Customer Engagement
The first added Auditor will need to be the one to take this action.
- Log into your Audit Console at app.vanta.com or app.eu.vanta.com (if the customer is in EMEA)
- Click the “...” button to the right of the customer engagement you are needing to add additional auditors into
- Click “Edit Auditors”
- Search and Add the additional Auditors to the engagement
Once added, the other auditors can also add/remove necessary auditors to the engagement.
If there is an auditor in your firm that is needing to be added to your Firm within Vanta, please email partners@vanta.com and include their full name and email address.
