To renew a policy, navigate to the Policies page, select the ellipsis for the appropriate policy, then ‘Renew Current Version.’
A pop-up will display confirming which policy you’re about to renew, and asking if your employees will need to reaccept the policy. If you select ‘No’ your team won’t have to reaccept the policy.
Please note: If you select ‘Yes’ and click ‘Renew’ your entire team will need to reaccept the policy.
Once you have clicked ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ and clicked ‘Renew’ you should see the policy approval date update to today. If you have any questions about policy renewal, please email email@example.com so we can help!
