Why did my HR integration unlink?

  • In most situations, this is due to the life cycle of API tokens that are used during the initial connection. Other reasons include permission changes and third party connection failures. 

How do I fix it?

Due to how many integrations we provide there is no one way to resolve all issues but here are some best common practices: 

  • Ensure that there has not been any permission changes in the integration itself 
  • Some integrations require certain policies, permissions, or roles; ensure that all permissions for the integration are present
  • If your integration requires a API key you may want to regenerate a new key and re-link the integration
