My number one piece of advice based on what I've seen from customers is to make sure to have a clear plan on who is going to work on the technical pieces and the administrative pieces. Prepping and maintaining SOC2 without someone working on each of these sections makes the job much harder. Once you have a good set of roles mapped to tasks, the entire process will feel like a breeze!
