Experience with Certn background check service

Has anybody had any experience with the current state of the Certn background check integration?

We use Certn here but rely on a workaround for background checks being detected by Vanta and linked to a user's account.

It would be lovely to hear if the integration can detect and link a submitted background check with a user in Vanta, and how it handles checks being submitted to a user's personal email address vs and organizational one.
