Ability to save templates with customized remediation instructions to be used on ticket creation.

Context:
We use the Jira integration.

Example situation:

  • A compliance exception is detected for the test "GitHub repository visibility has been set to private"
  • The body of the ticket description that is created is as quoted here:
Follow the [instructions|https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/managing-repository-settings/setting-repository-visibility#changing-a-repositorys-visibility] that GitHub provides to make a repository private.

I'd like to be able to edit these instructions for this test, save the results so that the tickets that are created are created with our company's instructions for remediation rather than the instructions provided by Vanta.
