Add support for new GCP services (AlloyDB, Cloud Run)

A few months ago, Google Cloud Platform announced General Availability for new services which are used for many new projects and replace traditional services like Cloud SQL or Compute Instances : AlloyDB and Cloud Run.

For companies using these new services instead of the traditional services, the GCP integration is useless since these services are currently not supported. Please add them!

    This would be great, Cloud Run support is the only piece we are missing from the GCP integration. Currently we are having to manually track it in the inventory section
