Different Security Trainings for Different Groups of Employees

We use the KnowBe4 integration to track employee completion of security trainings.

We have one KnowBe4 campaign for new employees and one campaign for "veteran" employees (i.e., the annual security training).

If I add both campaigns to Vanta, will Vanta require employees to complete both sets of training or does Vanta "know" which training an employee has been assigned to?

I don't want existing employees to be getting reminders to complete the new hire training.

    Thank you so much for reaching out! 
     
    If more than one campaign is added to Vanta and required for a specific type of training, It comes down to that user’s Individual and Group assignments in KnowBe4. If they’ve been assigned both, they’ll require both, and you’ll see them on the employee card in Vanta.
     
    However, if the campaign reaches an ‘EndDate’ or becomes ‘Inactive’ before an employee can complete it, we may still show that it's due on their Employee card and tests despite their lack of ability to complete it. So, it is suggested that we be mindful of this before ending or making incomplete campaigns ‘inactive’.
