Export filtered list for Access Review

The Access Review export pulls the full scope of every system integration, all accounts, whether they are marked as people or active or deactivated. For systems such as Azure, we have multiple subscriptions, many deactivated accounts, and many non-person accounts. For access reviews, we just want to pull a list of active, person accounts for each subscription. This will cut down on noise and make the review go much faster.

Alternatively, you could do any of the following:

  • Improve the Azure integration to allow the owner field to populate, or
  • Modify the Access review so that it doesn't require an owner to work, or
  • Modify the Access review so that changing the owner manually is persistent
