Vanta's Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Confluence integrations allow you to sync policies directly into Vanta's Policy page. Syncing occurs automatically each day, with the option to manually trigger a sync from Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, or Confluence at any time.
From the left-hand navigation panel, open the Policies page
Select the policy you would like to manually sync
The policy must be initially brought in from Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, or Confluence to perform the manual sync/refresh
Select the three-dot menu, followed by Refresh sync
To manually refresh a policy in draft form:
Select the policy you would like to manually sync
Select View
Select Refresh from the top right-hand corner
