From the left-hand navigation panel, select Integrations

Select the Available tab, and search for Humaans

Select Connect

a pop-up modal will appear; select Connect Humaans

Vanta will request access to your Humaans account; select Continue

The pop-up modal will ask for an API key. Keep this modal open.

In a new tab, login to your Humaans account

From the top right-hand corner, select the three stacked dots icon to open the account menu

Select API Access Tokens

Select Generate New Token

Label the API token (use a label to help you identify the purpose, such as Vanta)

Select only View Public Data for the scope

Copy the API Key, and past it back into the pop-up modal in Vanta

Select Submit

Select Continue

Select Finish

People Import settings

Establish which Humaans items should be marked in or out of scope for your audit

You can configure scopes later by clicking on Configure scope on the connected Humaans card from the integrations page
