For the GitHub integration, Vanta will review the public email address listed on your GitHub profile. If this does not match Vanta's email, it will not automatically link to their user.
If the email address in the user's public profile on GitHub matches and the user is still unable to link successfully, please submit a ticket to [email protected] and include a screenshot of the user's public profile that confirms the matching email address.
