Connecting Vanta & iSolved

Vanta integrates with iSolved to sync account data and support automated onboarding and offboarding workflows. By pulling real-time account information, Vanta helps ensure that only current employees retain access to company systems. This simplifies access reviews and supports compliance requirements.

How It Works

Vanta integrates with iSolved to sync employee and group data. This allows you to:

  • Monitor access in real time

  • Ensure only active employees retain access to company systems

  • Simplify access reviews and support compliance requirements

Please note: Vanta connects to iSolved through Merge.dev, a secure third-party integration platform.

Use Cases

Connecting iSolved to Vanta will enable you to:

  • Sync employees and groups from iSolved into Vanta

  • Monitor and manage personnel access in real time

  • Ensure only active employees retain access to company systems

  • Simplify access reviews and support compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Vanta administrator account

  • iSolved administrator account

  • iSolved Client ID and Secret

Connect the Integration

  • Contact your iSolved representative to set up an API application. They will provide you with the Client ID and Client Secret needed for API authentication

  • In Vanta, go to the Integrations tab and search for iSolved

    • Select Connect iSolved

    • Enter your Client ID and Client Secret

    • Select Save changes

Employees will appear in Vanta within about 30 minutes.

Vanta accesses the following data from iSolved:

Vanta can read:

  • Data about your users

  • Data about your employees

Vanta can write:

  • Nothing (Vanta does not have write permissions)
