Please note: Vanta connects to Kenjo through Merge.dev, a secure third-party integration platform.

Vanta administrator account
Kenjo administrator account
Kenjo API Key
Kenjo subdomain
Connect the Integration
Log in to the Kenjo app
In the bottom left corner, select Settings
Scroll to the Integrations section
Next to API, toggle the switch to enable it
Select the Settings button
On the next screen, select Generate new API Key
In the Alias field, enter Vanta
Under Custom Permissions, check the boxes for:
Attendance
Time-off
Copy the API Key that appears on the screen. Important: You will not be able to see this key again
Select Save to finalize your changes
In Vanta, go to the Integrations tab and search for Kenjo
Select Connect Kenjo
Enter your subdomain and select Next
Enter your API Key and select Next
You’ll see a confirmation screen after successfully connecting your account. Select Next to finish
Employees will appear in Vanta within about 30 minutes.
