Vanta is designed to be operated with common assistive technologies and built-in browser and operating-system accessibility features. This article describes how to access and use Vanta, including app.vanta.com and Vanta-hosted Trust Centers, and where current limitations exist.

Tested environments
We actively test Vanta against the following combination and recommend it for the most reliable experience: NVDA (latest) with Google Chrome (latest) on Windows.
Should we find violations or issues with meeting WCAG success criteria we will expand our testing to additional screen readers and browsers, and will update this list as each combination is verified.
Keyboard navigation
Vanta's core workflows can be operated using a keyboard. You can move between interactive elements using Tab and Shift+Tab, activate controls with Enter or Space, and use a "skip to main content" link at the top of each page to bypass repeated navigation.
We are aware of areas where keyboard support is incomplete—including some custom components, focus order, and focus visibility—and these are being actively remediated. If you encounter a control you cannot reach or operate by keyboard, please contact us using the details below.
Screen reader use
Page structure, headings, form labels, and most interactive controls are exposed to screen readers so you can navigate by heading, landmark, and form field. Some areas—including certain complex graphics and data visualizations, decorative images, and a subset of custom controls—do not yet provide complete or accurate screen reader information. We are actively remediating these and welcome reports of specific barriers.
Zoom, text size, and contrast
Vanta supports browser zoom and text resizing up to 200%. You can also adjust text size, contrast, and motion preferences through your browser and operating-system accessibility settings, which Vanta respects. In some areas, resizing text may cause content to overlap or be cut off; this is a known limitation under active remediation.
