Sharing Product Feedback

Your feedback helps shape Vanta. Follow these steps to share product suggestions, integration requests, or test-specific feedback straight from the platform.

Product feedback

Your ideas help make Vanta better. If you have a product suggestion or feature request, here's how to send it our way.

To submit product feedback:

  1. In your Vanta account, click the question mark icon in the header.

  2. Click Share product feedback (which opens this form).

  3. Complete the form—your feedback will be reviewed by the Vanta product team.

Integrations feedback

Your input helps us prioritize the integrations that matter most. If you have a suggestion or spot a gap, here's how to let us know.

To submit integrations feedback:

  1. In your Vanta account, go to the Integrations page.

  2. From the top right-hand corner, select Missing an Integration? Let us know!

  3. Complete the feedback form and provide any necessary details.

Tests feedback

Your feedback helps us improve test accuracy and remediation guidance. If something isn't working as expected or you have suggestions on a specific test, here's how to share it directly from the test details page.

Share feedback on remediation instructions

This is the fastest way to share your feedback. The most helpful feedback includes the test name, what you expected to see, and what you’re seeing instead.

To share feedback on remediation instructions:

  1. In Vanta, open Tests from the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click the test you want to give feedback on.

  3. In the Results tab, click How to remediate (you may see How to remediate now depending on your UI).

  4. In the remediation drawer, scroll to the end of the instructions and use the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback buttons.

  5. If you select thumbs down, choose the reason and add any optional details, then select Submit.

Submit more detailed feedback from the test menu

If you’d rather submit longer-form product feedback (or you don’t see feedback buttons in the remediation menu), you'll share it from the test menu.

To share feedback from the test menu:

  1. Open the test details page (from Tests, click the test).

  2. In the top-right corner, open the More (•••) menu.

  3. Select Submit feedback (this opens a feedback form in a new tab).

  4. Fill out the form and select Submit.
