From the dashboard navigation, go to Personnel, followed by Groups, and select the three dots next to +Add Group and then Manage task sets

Please just select the task set you'd like to preview.

Expand the Training section, and enable the training you wish to preview. The training must be enabled to preview the video, however these will remain as unsaved changes.

This is what users experience when navigating to https://app.vanta.com/onboarding. You can just expand the bar for the training you wish to preview, and click play.

If you do not wish to use this training video, you can now safely exit the task set without making any changes to the original settings. Click on the Discard on the top right-hand of the page.

If you want to keep the previewed training enabled, click Save on the top left of the page to review the changes and save.
