Contact Vanta Support through the in-product help menu—requests begin in a chat with Ask Ilma and are escalated to a support specialist as needed.

To contact Vanta Support:

  1. From within your Vanta account, click the (?) help icon in the header.

  2. From the help menu, select Chat with us.

  3. Describe your question or issue.
