Welcome to the MSP Partner Program! We’re excited to jump in with you, and we know you might have some questions.

Where can I learn how to use the Vanta platform?

  1. Enroll in the Vanta Academy and earn your Vanta Admin certificate

  2. Join us for our live bi-weekly Getting Started with your Vanta MSP Partnership webinar to get a demo.

  3. Reach out to your Vanta Channel Manager or Channel Development Rep to schedule a live one-on-one product training session.
  4. Create your Partner Demo account for full use and exploration of Vanta.

Does Vanta have “pass through terms” that we should add to our agreements?

Yes—you can add this language to your end-user agreements:

"Customer accepts and agrees to Vanta's Master Subscription Agreement (MSA), located at https://www.vanta.com/terms, and understands and acknowledges that Vanta disclaims all warranties and representations related to the Services."

Do you have a current pricing chart for MSPs?

  • You can download the price sheet and calculator from within your Partner Resource Center. Since it contains proprietary pricing information, simply reach out to your Vanta Channel Manager or Channel Development Rep for access. Otherwise, the link was provided to you in your “welcome” email when you first signed up as a partner.

How does billing work?

  • While all accounts in your MSP console (outside of your 'Not for Resale' and Demo accounts) are subject to an annual contract, billing occurs on a monthly basis. Partners must include their payment method in the Billing page of the MSP Console, or we’ll send you an invoice on net-30 terms from the day you receive our error-free invoice.

Is there a deal registration process?

  • You can create an account any time through the MSP Console but we understand that you may want to register a deal in advance. You can do this from the MSP Console by following the instructions in the Register Opportunities through the MSP Console article. 

What standards/frameworks does Vanta support?

  • Visit our Frameworks page for a full list of security and privacy standards/frameworks. 

What add-on features can I offer to my customers?

Standalone Products:

My customer needs an auditor or an assessor

  • Vanta has a vast partner network of auditors that ranges from boutique firms to the “Big Four” accounting firms. We also have a list of preferred audit firms that have performed hundreds of audits for Vanta customers, providing a seamless and efficient experience for partners and customers. Partner Support

What types of support does the Vanta team offer to partners?

  • Go-to-market planning: Our team can help you determine the best way for you to package, price, market and sell Vanta within your service offerings.
  • Sales support: Our team can help support your sales motion. We rely on our MSPs to drive the sale, but we are here to support and enable you through the process.
  • Pre-Sales Technical Consulting: Work with our team to help you get ready for your next Vanta implementation.
  • Partner Resource Center: This is your centralized source for all sales enablement materials. Since it contains proprietary information, simply reach out to your Vanta Channel Manager or Channel Development Rep for access. Otherwise, the link was provided to you in your “welcome” email when you first signed up as a partner.
  • Newsletters: All Vanta MSP partners are automatically subscribed to receive our monthly partner newsletter, emailed on the second Tuesday of each month. If you are not receiving this, simply reach out to your Vanta Channel Manager or Channel Development Rep or email us at support@vanta.com
  • MSP Technical Support: Please have your first line of support/questions be to your Vanta Channel Manager or Channel Development Rep. 

How can I engage for post-sale technical support?

  • As a Vanta Partner, you generally serve as the first level of support for your customers. 

We are here to help with level-2 support and beyond. If you can’t troubleshoot using our Vanta Product Support or MSP Support Centers our Technical Support team is ready to help. Contact our team via support@vanta.com and our team will respond as quickly as possible.
