Getting started
Domain blocking applies to access requests for your Trust Center content—that includes requests for a private Trust Center and requests for gated content on a public Trust Center. Blocked domains are also prevented from subscribing to updates from your Trust Center.
When a viewer from a blocked domain submits an access request, they'll receive a confirmation that their request was sent, but it's automatically denied in the background. Denied requests don't appear in your active Access Requests queue—you'll find them in Request History labeled as Blocked domain.
Domain blocking doesn't apply to content that's publicly accessible without an access request.
Blocking a domain
Free consumer email domains (such as Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo) are blocked by default. You can manually add any additional domains you'd like to restrict.
To add a domain to your block list:
In your account header, click the Settings icon and select Customer Trust from the page menu.
Go to the Trust Center tab and scroll to the Blocked domains section.
Click + Block Domain.
Enter the domain you would like to block from requesting access to your Trust Center.
Click Block to confirm.
