Connecting Trust Center & HubSpot

Trust Center's HubSpot integration provides an easy way to leverage automation when granting access to your report and tracking your viewers' activity. This integration allows you to control who should be automatically approved for access and who should be required to sign an NDA by leveraging the data you already have in your HubSpot records. Vanta can also push data to HubSpot when viewers take action in your Trust Center.

Connecting with HubSpot

  • From the left-hand navigation panel, select Integrations

  • Search for HubSpot and choose Connect

  • Link your HubSpot account with additional read-only or write-access

    • Read-only access will enable automation for granting access

    • Write access will allow Vanta to push activity to Hubspot

  • HubSpot must be integrated with Vanta to leverage the functionality within Vanta

Push data to your CRM

Push Trust Center viewer activity to your CRM. Add notes and tasks to record activity and track follow-ups when viewer events occur.

  • In your account header, click the Settings icon

  • In the Settings page menu, scroll to the Features section, select Customer Trust, and go to the Trust Center tab

  • From the Trust Center settings, toggle on the activities you would like to see trigger a task or note into HubSpot

  • Once toggled on, select whether this trigger should create a HubSpot task, or a HubSpot note

  • Select Save
