Unsupported browsers

To maintain high standards of security and performance, we do not support the following browsers:

Troubleshooting
If you’re experiencing issues in Vanta, such as page loading delays, display problems, upload or download failures, authentication errors, or outdated content, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
As a quick test, open Vanta in an incognito or private browsing window. This temporarily bypasses stored cache and cookies and can help determine whether local browser data is causing the issue.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of your browser. Keeping your browser up to date helps ensure secure, reliable performance. If you’re using a work-managed device, your IT team may manage updates on your behalf.
If issues persist, clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Because Vanta releases updates frequently, clearing stored data helps ensure you’re accessing the most current version of the platform. When clearing data, select a time range of all time or everything.
