When offboarding personnel, Vanta will automatically add all integrated vendors (monitored accounts) and ALL non-integrated vendors (unmonitored accounts) to the offboarding task set for employees. A task set for groups can edit the list of non-integrated vendors and remove them from the offboarding process.
Go to Personnel, followed by Groups, and select the three dots next to +Add Group and then Manage task sets
Select the desired task set
Go to Offboarding
Select Custom offboarding task then Add
Select +Create a custom offboarding task, then add details of the Custom task, and click Create
Once the task is created, the section can be toggled on, and the task can be selected and added to the start date.
