Add Personnel Offboarding Tasks

When offboarding personnel, Vanta will automatically add all integrated vendors (monitored accounts) and ALL non-integrated vendors (unmonitored accounts) to the offboarding task set for employees. A task set for groups can edit the list of non-integrated vendors and remove them from the offboarding process.

  • Go to Personnel, followed by Groups, and select the three dots next to +Add Group and then Manage task sets

  • Select the desired task set

  • Go to Offboarding

  • Select Custom offboarding task then Add

  • Select +Create a custom offboarding task, then add details of the Custom task, and click Create

  • Once the task is created, the section can be toggled on, and the task can be selected and added to the start date.

  • Click Save and then Save again in the dialogue box
