Environment Details
When a person is offboarded and returns to Vanta later on, the employee may fail the tests, "accounts de-provisioned when employees leave" for different services. This is due to the re-onboarded person's accounts being connected to their previous employee profile:
Resolution
Go to the Access page
Select service from the dropdown
Search for an employee in the search bar
Click the pencil icon
Select the active profile from the dropdown
Once reassigned to an active profile, the employee should no longer show on tests for de-provisioned accounts.
